Can you make updates directly on my website?
It depends on the project. If you provide access to your content management system (such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Airo, or B12), I can implement updates directly. Otherwise, I provide detailed recommendations and ready-to-use content for your team or developer to implement.
Is social branding and graphic design included in your social media management packages?
Yes. Social media management includes content creation, copywriting, and basic branded graphics for posts.
Do you offer on-site content creation?
Yes. I offer on-site content creation for clients who want high-quality, custom social media assets. This includes filming short-form video, capturing photos, and developing content tailored to your brand and audience.
On-site sessions are available for clients in the DMV area and can be added to ongoing social media support or booked as standalone projects.

How do we begin our collaboration?

What happens during the project?
After defining the scope, I begin developing and refining your content or digital strategy. Drafts and recommendations are shared for feedback so we can ensure everything reflects your brand and supports your goals.
What is your typical project timeline?
Strategic audits usually take 2-3 weeks, while full management launches often span 4-6 weeks of onboarding and prep. I prioritize quality to ensure every detail is intentional.
Pricing & Billing
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the scope, timeline, and complexity of each project. After a brief consultation, I provide a customized proposal outlining recommended services, deliverables, and total investment.
Do you offer fixed pricing or hourly rates?
Most projects are offered at a flat project rate so clients know exactly what to expect. For ongoing support or consulting, I may offer monthly retainers or hourly advisory services depending on the needs of the project.
Do you require a deposit?
Most one-time projects, such as a website content refresh require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Retainers for ongoing social media services are billed at the start of each month. Payment at the beginning of the month allows md to plan, create, and schedule content efficiently for your account.
How do payments work?
For your convenience, I take all major credit cards and Zelle payments.
